This year the annual concert of the Musical School UNISONO was held in a sunny day on June 18th at the FANGORÓWKA manor in the Botanic Garden of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Powsin.

Zofia Zwolińska class of violin was represented by

  • Pola Karłowska who played Charles Dancla’s Introduction and Rondo,
  • Andresas Musselman who performed Georg Friedrich Haendel’s Prelude,
  • Ella Bai who played …. Introduction and Aria with variations.

Piano class of prof. Konstancja Kawalla-Kosiec was represented by

  • Michał Filipek who played Prelude in C-Major from the 1st Excersise Book of Das Wohltemperierte Kaslvier by J.S. Bach,

At the end of the Concert Michał Filipek together with prof. Konstancja Kawalla-Kosiec played (in four hands) Polonaise in G-Major by Franz Schubert.

Krzysztof Komarnicki’s class of guitar was represented by

  • Jasio Ostaszewski who played Rondeau in C-Major by Mauro Giulliani, and
  • Tobiasz Wronka, who played Sonatina in G-Major by Joseph Keuffner and Romance in e-minor by Johann Kaspar Mertz.

 

Magda Lewandowska’s class of piano was represented by

  • Lara Kistak who performed two Folk melodies,
  • Nathan Caniard played Etude in C-Major 187 no. 37, by Gurlitt,
  • Zosia Kowalska performed Etude in a-minor 160, no. 23, by Ludwig Schytte;
  • Dżudżu Yang Yi played Sonatina by Janina Garścia;
  • Jaś Ostaszewski (piano) played Friedrich Kuchlau’s Variations in GH-sur;
  • Hania Głąb performed Für Elise by Ludvig van Beethoven;
  • Tosia Kulig (Prząśniczka) and her brother Franek Kulig (Chopin’s youthful Polonaise) as well as Marcin Sawicki (Hard Rock Blues) and his sister Oliwia Sawicka (musical theme from the film Amelia) brought us big joy and showed that our School also gives opportunity for practicing family music.

At the end of the concert School Director Zofia Zwolińska congratulated all students their musical achievements and handed them their diplomas, traditionally distinguishing those who appeared in concerts organized by the School.

She also expressed her thanks to all the teachers of the School and summed up the School’s achievements. In this passing year the School organized five concerts by its students and two other concerts delivered by its teachers.

Now it’s time for relaxation and vacations in sunny weather with many attractions that enable us for further musical activity in the new school year 2016 / 2017.
